It was a terrible idea to remove screen recording from Intel Graphics Software

I heard this feature existed in the past but was removed for "lack on interest"
I don't see how that's possible. But even still, this feature might not be used by most users but the lack of it is a very big turnaway for users that do need it.

Nvidia has shadowplay, AMD has relive. Screen recording is a very desirable feature to have. Windows game bar is buggy and annoying to use and OBS Studio nukes 50% of my FPS from orbit. I want to have this feature back.

Hello djmrFunnyMan,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

I sincerely appreciate your continued support for Intel Graphics Software. The decision to remove the feature was not due to a 'lack of interest,' but rather because of its low usage among users.

Intel has made the tough decision to retire the Studio page and it’s feature for now in our graphics software. The reason behind this decision is the features within the Studio page had very low user usage, and many features within the Studio page are supported by great third party software today like OBS, Steam, Windows GameBar etc. We may consider bringing back these features in the future if demand is high.

For reference: Studio Tab Is Not Available on Intel® Graphics Software

Your feedback is incredibly important to us as we continuously strive to improve. We will definitely take this into consideration.

Should you have other concerns, please create a new thread as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Jed G.

To be clear I already knew it was due to low user usage. I just paraphrased it as "lack of interest" but it means essentially the same thing?
