Hej!
I started using a B580, I play Path of Exile 2 and wanted to record with OBS. While PoE2 runs worse than the cards technical specs promissed, I am not able to record proper videos with OBS. As I read trough the forum, there are others having the same problems and more in other games.
Is there a list of known issues and a roadmap when they will be fixed?

Hi DF_Fos,
Thank you for posting in the Community!
Please make sure you provide the following basic information when reporting a bug:
- What is the graphics driver you are using?
- Confirm you are using the latest driver (32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262) available here Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows* (let us know the exact driver version you are using).
- A clean driver installation using DDU in safe mode is recommended. Follow this link for instructions.
- You could also test using the latest non-WHQL driver. This driver goes through all Intel quality assurance processes and is safe to use for evaluation.
- Tell us the name of the game or application and where to obtain it (Steam, Epic, etc.)
- Provide us with the Intel SSU report from your system.
- If you do not wish to submit the SSU report then at least provide us with the following information about your system:
- Processor make and model.
- Power Supply make and model.
- Motherboard make and model.
- Amount of memory (RAM).
- Operating System version/build number.
Can you describe more the recording issues you have experience with OBS? Provide a short clip of the issue if possible.
I would also like to know the game settings configuration with that performance output. Please provide screenshot of the settings.
Provide a capframeX data as well so I can look into it internally for further investigation. Follow the instructions here: Need help? Reporting a bug or issue with Arc GPU? - PLEASE READ THIS FIRST! - Intel Community

Hi Dean,
you did not answer my questions. Is there a list of known issues and is there a roadmap, when those will be fixed? You just replied with your copy paste. If Intel does not want a public list of known issues and does not want to share, when they will fix it, please tell me.
Best regards
DF

Hi DF_Fos,
The official list of known issues is included in the release notes accompanying each driver. However, please be aware that these are not the only issues Intel is currently addressing, but rather the highlighted ones. The complete list of open issues is too extensive to fit within the limited space of the release notes.
Regarding the timing of fixes, I cannot provide an exact ETA for each issue. Rest assured that Intel is working to resolve them as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Dean R.

Hi DF_Fos,
I hope you're doing well. I wanted to update you on the status of the issue you've been experiencing with Path of Exile 2. At this time, we don't have an estimated time for when this issue will be resolved.
Since we haven't received a response from you, I will proceed to close this thread for now. If you would like to provide your system specs or have any further questions, please submit a new thread, and we'll assist you further.
Best regards,
Dean R.
