Loss of WMR

I had great WMR operation with the 4090 beta driver for my A770.

I have not used WMR for a while and decided to do so yesterday.

When fitting the HP Reverb, the screen stayed dark with no in-game activity in WMR.

I was met with a 14-2 message.

Thank you for posting on the Intel communities. As a gamer I understand is annoying when a game does not work properly, like in this case that screen stayed dark with no in-game activity in WMR. 

 

I want to let you know that Intel Arc graphics support for VR headsets continues to evolve as we ramp our products and add updates to our software stack.

This was ARC in WMR with an early driver.

Why should the functionality on an early 4090 beta driver be broken relative to a new driver like the 4826.

Makes no sense.

That is a step backward.

Just installed the newest 31.0.101.4885 driver a few minutes ago and now WMR works again.
