Low fps in Assassin's Creed Syndicate with b570

Hello i have a problem in some older games like Assassin's Creed Syndicate or Portal i have strange low fps in AC its like 30 on high 1080p and Portal like 60 on max in 1080p i try all options and settings and on vulcan and dx11 but no fps up

Thank you for reaching out to us! I understand that you are encountering Low FPS in your Assassin's Creed Syndicate with your Intel Arc B570. I understand that this is disruptive in your gameplay with our Graphics Card, rest assured, I'm here to help you address the issue being encountered.

 

To further investigate, please answer the following questions:


  • May I know what game platform are you playing the game on?
  • Is Resizable Bar currently enabled in your Motherboard's BIOS?
  • Is the low FPS encountered on specific areas of the game or is this consistent all through out the gameplay/
  • What is your current game settings? Kindly take a screenshot
  • What is the Manufacturer of your Intel Arc B570? (Sparkle, Gunnir etc)


To assist us in analyzing the details of your system and addressing the issue effectively, we kindly ask you to generate a System Support Utility (SSU) report. This report will provide us with comprehensive information about your system's configuration, helping us identify any potential incompatibilities or issues.

Hello platform is 16 GB ram ddr4 ryzen 7 2700x (soon 7 5800x now bottleneck 20%) SSD 250 GB and 1 TB HDD msi b450 pro-vdh max windows 10 (updated) re-bar is on i checked few times its all Throughout "niska " is for very low manufacturer is Asrock i have challenger edition

To further investigate the issue, please provide the following information:

I would like to confirm if you have performed a clean installation using DDU. If not, it is recommended to use DDU and install the latest graphics driver version, 32.0.101.6734

 

I would also like to obtain a CapFrameX to thoroughly analyze the FPS performance. Kindly ensure that the game would run for a minimum of 2 minutes.
