Olá me chamo Feris e falarei sobre meu problema .Quando clico em INSTALAR TUDO na atualização

Intel® ARC™ e gráficos Iris® Xe - Windows*

, não instala e também não aparece o instalador da Intel ,  pois ele abre e fecha muito rapidamente, então não consigo instalar. Será que vocês podem me ajudar?

Estou há mais de 4 horas e 30 tentando resolver isto.

What is the make and model of your computer, processor and graphics card? This information will help us understand your situation better. You can also send the system logs of your computer if you are comfortable with that. Here is a link that shows you how to do that:

Additionally, I would like to know how you performed the update and what is the driver version you are installing.
