quando atualizo meu drive para versão mais recente Este download instala o Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.4577 para Intel Arc™ Graphics, processadores Intel Core de 11ª a 13ª geração e processadores Intel® Pentium™® e Celeron® relacionados.
No processo de instalação ele aparece incompatível mas porem e instalado, só que o windows instala uma versão antiga do dia 06/05/22 automaticamnete.
minha maquina e uma i5 dell iRISxe grafhics

The update that you mention version 31.0.101.4577 should be compatible with your system if your laptop has Intel® Xe graphics since that's the latest available version. Usually what happens is that Windows automatically installs the version that your system manufacturer recommends which is usually an older version.
I would suggest that you do the following steps to install the driver from the device manager and prevent the overwrite from Windows;
- Open Device Manager
- Go to display adapters > Intel® Xe Graphics
- Double click on Intel® Intel® Xe Graphics
- Go to the Driver Tab > Update driver
- Go to Browse my computer for drivers
- Go to Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
- Double-click on the first option that appears.
