I bought a prebuilt pc from NZXT that contains the Intel Arc A770. I have had an issue with the gpu fan constantly running at its maximum speed no matter the temperature of the gpu. I have tried setting a fan curve in Intel Arc Control yet it has still done nothing.

Thank you for posting in our community.
I'm not sure which driver is installed so my 1st recommendation is doing a clean driver installation using DDU with our latest driver 32.0.101.5971. Refer to this link for more info: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html
Please run the Intel SSU report and share it here so I can be familiar with your system configuration and provide more accurate suggestions to you.
I am curious on what type of Intel Arc A770 is in your system (we have different vendors manufacturing these GPUs). If you can share a picture of the GPU that would be great.
Finally, please share a screenshot of the Intel Arc Control - performance tuning settings so I can look at what you have.
Best Regards,
Ronald M.
