just found out that because i havent been fast enough to reply, the other thread wont get updates.
(sorry, sometimes, peoples work)
So i recap
Have a problem with black screen on boot sometimes with A770
Last troubleshooting steps where to use ddu, update bios and update graphic card
Bios update went fine
ddu went fine
Graphic card update went fine... until i reboot
once i rebooted the graphic card just stopped initialising at all
had to go on craigslist to buy another graphic card for hundred bucks to make the system boot.
Did a lot of back and forth with bios options to end up with XMP off being the only option changing anything
Something is wrong here... what happened to the video card firmware during the update to make the card no longer working at all with a xmp profile activated (wich works fine with the used graphic card i bougt)
is it possible to revert that firmware update that obiviously happened during the driver update ?
OR is it possible to have a fix that make it possible to activate XMP with that gpu in the computer like it works with the other one ?
Recap from the other post here

have you tried 4885?
i would also include the newest system info with bios updated. since this is a new thread and youj said you update bios
on this bios?
do you have rebar enabled? i see you had secure boot disabled on previous post. so you may have csm enabled.

also try to force your pcie to 4.0 vs auto.
