Since the latest driver update (since the beginning of 2025) I've had issues with any update given by INTEL.
My primary use case is as a WEB DESIGNER.
- Heavy notepad+ use
- Heavy Chrome use
- Virtual Machining
- Adobe Suite Usage
- Capcut Usage
- Notion
NOT GAMING.
Essentially what's happening is every windows app lags.
When opening Google Chrome or MS EDGE you get a big white window before Chrome loads within that screen.
If I am dragging and dropping something across 2 applications it takes about 10-12 seconds to register.
If i press WIN+SHIFT+S to perform a screenshot it takes about 5-6 seconds for it to come up.
Capcut has become insanely buggy and laggy.
When I click BROWSE on a file upload form on a website it takes a good 5-10 seconds to open the file explorer
Even WINDOWS folder explorer.. like if open a folder the entire window etc. will load but it takes a good 1-2 seconds for the files inside to popup
When checking TASK MANAGER there is ZERO strain on any resources.
Reverting drivers fixes it instantly.
I have performed a clean-install.
Even after posting this i will be researching fixes.
Oh and.. why I'm posting now?
Cause Windows 11 had a big update and it force-updated the INTEL ARC Driver. Naturally I do not remember which driver was good.. I'm still trying to find that too.

Hi dadyy,
Thank you for reaching out to Intel Customer Support regarding the lag issues you're experiencing with your Intel ARC750 graphics driver. I understand how disruptive this can be, especially when your primary use case involves web design and various productivity applications.
To address the lag issues, I recommend updating to the latest driver version 32.0.101.6972 and performing a clean installation. You can download the latest driver from the following link: Intel ARC750 Graphics Driver.
Steps for Clean Installation:
Download and Install Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU):
You can find DDU here: DDU Download.
Follow the instructions to safely uninstall your current graphics driver. Detailed instructions can be found here: DDU Instructions.
Perform Clean Installation:
After uninstalling the current driver using DDU, install the latest driver version 32.0.101.6972.
Additionally, could you please let me know the specific version of the driver that worked normally with your system before these issues started? This information will help us understand what might be causing the current problems.
If you prefer a faster communication method, please let me know if a phone call would be more convenient for you. I am available to discuss this issue at your earliest convenience and provide further assistance.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience. I look forward to resolving this matter efficiently.
Best regards,
