I have constrained myself from purchasing the INTEL ARC B580 with the hopes of acquiring a new  "rumored" budget friendly INTEL ARC B770, with VRAM of 16GB or 24GB.

I really hope, that these rumors are true and that this budget friendly ARC B770 (16GB-24GB) comes to the market as soon as possible.

PLEASE TELL ME, THAT AN INTEL ARC B770 IS COMING SOON!

Same here, can't even buy a B580, but the B580 really is not a good replacement for the A770.

Still waiting on a B770
