Playing CS2 with A770 makes me uncomfortable

I use 12900ks+A770 16G. The A770 provides excellent hardware configuration, and I think if optimized well, it can be compared to the 4060ti. Playing 3A at high resolutions such as 4K gives me a very good experience, but on CS2 FPS game, A770 cannot play the role of a graphics card. My requirement is a stable frame rate of 240 frames per second. No matter how I lower the resolution and image quality, the frame rate cannot meet the requirements.
As is well known, most CS2 players use 4:3 display, but after I changed it, the CS frame rate was locked from 144 frames per second to only 75 frames per second, which made me very confused. I don't know if it's a problem with the graphics card or the monitor. My monitor is AOCB021 U28G4R4.
I hope the developers can see these issues and help me solve them.

Hi, YeChunxiu.

Thank you for posting in our Community. This is a possible known issue. Users experiencing low FPS (frames per second) while playing games on Intel® Arc™ Graphics. Specific issues such as clock speed being stuck with very low performance, and possibly not meeting the stable FPS. Can you confirm if you're using the latest drivers for your A770 GPU? Kindly send the SSU report/log so I can verify further details about the components in your platform. To ensure your privacy and security, I recommend not sharing the Intel SSU logs on public forums, as they contain sensitive information about your system. Instead, please send the SSU logs to me via email. Once I receive the logs, I'll be able to further investigate the issue and assist you more effectively. After that, we can continue our communication in the community forum if needed.

Was the game running fine before? You mentioned the frame rate drops from 144 to 75 when switching to 4:3. Do you have any frame rate capping or limiting settings enabled in either CS2 or your system settings?

Have a nice day!

我已经使用了最新的驱动程序,但仍然无法解决问题。分辨率和刷新率将限制为 4:3

My problem has been solved. I first changed the display resolution of the monitor, and then stretched the resolution through the Intel graphics card control center to make CS2 run stably at high resolution 144HZ. This is a very cost-effective graphics card. Thank you for your concern about my question.
