Problem maybe whit Iris Graphic Controller or fail in graphic Hardware

Hello, I have a problem with my Asus TUF Dash F15 laptop, Model Fx516PR. Every time I install the most recent internal graphics controller, Iris, or if the process is done by Windows Update when Iris is activated, my screen turns like this.

Currently, it is only fixed by disabling the internal IRIS graphics device through the Windows Device Manager. I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this.

My processor is the Intel Core i7 11370H, and the laptop has a secondary graphics card, an Nvidia RTX 3070 for Notebooks.

However, when I disable Iris, I can tell that it's not using this latter graphics card.

I'm eagerly awaiting your assistance.

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We would be more than glad to help you with your issue.

Please try the following steps and reply with the outcome:

  • Please try using another monitor to check if the issue persists.
  • Try to perform a clean install of the latest graphic driver install Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - WHQL - Windows* 31.0.101.4502. Doing a clean install of the software/drivers for any hardware can help to fix specific issues that can be associated so any additional software that might be causing malfunction.
