Hello,
Dragon's Dogma 2 and the demo version of Kunitsu-Gami (both running on Capcom's RE engine) do crash on start-up with Fatal D3D error (25, DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG, 0x887a0006).
My 770 LE is on the latest Arc drivers 5762 and my system has no overclocking. I've attached crash reports from both games.
I've been playing Dragon's Dogma 2 on my Arc 770 LE before, so I don't know if it's an error from more recent drivers only.
Thanks in advance.

@PKD-NeXuS have you tried the game in a compatibility mode? In the search box on the taskbar, type the name of the program or app you want to troubleshoot. Select and hold (or right-click) it, and then select Open file location. Select and hold (or right-click) the program file, select Properties, and then select the Compatibility tab.
Have you tried reinstalling the games that are affected like the demo version of Kunitsu-Gami and the Tintin Reporter - Cigars of the Pharaoh? you can visit this steam community link Fatal D3D error (25, DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG, 0x887a0006) & Fatal Error: Direct3d

So WHQL 32.0.101.5768 works with Kunitsu-Gami (full game), but DD2 once again doesn't work.
Even with a registry edit (create TdrLevel) doesn't help with Dragon's Dogma 2 as the game doesn't crash anymore, but it's taking forever to load the main menu.
Still working with good old driver 5522 though...
It's really getting frustrating to post updates here to no reaction or effect.

I also can't get past the main menu in Dragon's Dogma 2. I'm on A770, 32.0.101.6078. I last played on 7/21/2024

Not really contributing that much here but my BiFrost A770 doesn't have any issues with actual Resident Evil titles, last I checked.
I'm wondering if this issue affects Resident Evil titles for you.
I understand the frustration. They are listening and looking into this stuff, its just that they're really really really slow with actually pushing fixes.
Will try to get ahold of those RE Engine games for testing.
