Hey Luis, I have already supplied that SSU file on initial posting of the issue.
The game title is actually Rfactor2 as was stated then.
The only difference is, I ran the game with a GTX1060-6 GB card just prior to removing that card and installing the ARC A770-16 with it's drivers.
All Nvidia drivers were removed prior to installing the A770.
I've now used three different ARC drivers as well....the initial 31.0.101.3517, the 31.0.101.3975 beta, the 31.0.101.4032.
All have exhibited the same behavior....i.e... The game launches the start-up interface, loads all the way to the final screen prior to the start screen for track entry...then hang there.
I can hear cars running in the background but the track loading screen never transitions to the actual pit-box screen (where the end-user drive button is selected to start track running).
I can reinstall the GTX1060 and it runs correctly.
All of the steps you suggested were already tried prior to opening a ticket.
The title is run from Steam.
All other titles except for Assetto Corsa multiplayer work fine.

Hello Saabjock, thank you for the response.
- What is the game Quality (Low, Medium, High, Ultra), resolution/refresh rate selected, Vsync (on/off), Display (Fullscreen/ Windowed / Borderless Windowed)?
- Did you reinstall the game from scratch?

All game quality setting have been tried (high, medium and low).
V-sync has been tried on and off.
Borderless, windowed and full screen have been tried.
The software was also removed and reinstalled.
Results are still as initially reported...no final click to go on track screen.

Hello Saabjock
In case you upgraded from the different graphics card, follow the website steps to remove any former unnecessary/conflicting driver files How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html
Get a video recording of the problem if you can.
