Hello i have the Intel Arc A770 16GB GPU but i wanted to install the RGB SETUP to my computer and when i downloaded it and try to run it it says that there is no A770 in my computer can you please tell me what the problem is? I have all the recent drivers and there is no new driver to update.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues installing the Intel® Arc™ RGB Controller on your system.
As a first approach to this problem, please make sure that the USB headers are properly connected both to your motherboard and the Intel® Arc™ GPU. More information is in the following article:
How Do I Connect the RGB Controller with an Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics Limited Edition Card?
If you already had the cables connected, please try reseating them by disconnecting and connecting them again.
if the issue persists, please share the following information with us:
- Share a screenshot of the error message.
- Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it.
