Hi,
After updating my card yesterday i found it that my coil whine were drastically reduced.
Still there, but not as high pitch, like the card is at a lower demanding game setting.

I played the same game Diablo 4.
I also had around 30fps drop.
It's like the new update choke my card (a750)

Anyone else experienced the same?

Hi Xzorn,

Thank you for posting in the community, to further analyze the situation can you answer the following questions below:

  1. Can you tell me more about the coil whine?
  2. When does the coil whine starts?
  3. What version of driver did you recently update?
  4. What is your game setting on Diablo 4?
  5. Did you perform clean installation when updating your driver?
  6. Does this also happen on different games? When your system is at idle does the coild whine also appear?

Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here. How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows
