· Does the same issue happen if you use a native HDMI connection without using adapters?

· What is the monitor's make and model?

· Have you tried different cables or monitors?

· Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it.

Below are tests, confirmations, and replies to the above questions and previous posts

Early March 2023

My current Monitor model is Generic Monitor (LEN E2323swA), 1080P@60hz. After I replaced the HDMI to VGA cable with a native HDMI cable and connected it to a 65-inch TV (4K@60hz), I tested it for about 3 to 4 hours (playing games, watching videos on the Edge web site) and everything seemed to work fine, with no intermittent black screen issues, even though the graphics card continued to run at higher load. Limited by time, it was not possible to conduct a longer test.

Before connecting to the new machine with the A770, the monitor used a native VGA cable to connect to an AMD A8-7500 desktop computer (a core graphics host without a separate graphics card) and did not suffer from intermittent black screens. To connect the still working monitor to the new A770 desktop after the old machine broke down, I bought this HMDI to VGA cable at one of JD's reliable e-stores, and then the black screen problem occurred, which is why I think the graphics card driver may still need to be optimized.

Mid-late March to early April 2023

The good news is that after the upgrade to 4148 driver, the black screen problem reported in the previous post seems less likely to happen, even though the old display and conversion cable are still used. I will continue to observe and give feedback if there are any questions in the future. Thank you for taking the time to answer. I've attached the SSU log file anyway, just in case.
