Let me state I love my Arc and waiting for Intel to give us an amazing Battlemage card. Also, playing games like Cyberpunk, Hogwarts, Rocket League and World of Warships, World of War Craft, Destiny 2 and Diablo 4, I have not had any major issues.
Back in April/May found myself back to PvPing and running the Story's on Star Wars the Old Republic (SWTOR). At that time, I did not see any major issues, though I had only around 100 hours on the game.
Then, Shoulder Surgery came in June and no Gaming until September. The below notes, are observations since Sept. I have also been good on Updating the Drivers and using DDU for clean installs.
On a reboot and clean Launch, the game performs very well.
There are times, when the game will not launch and straight crashes during the loading screen. If it does not come up on the second attempt a reboot is required.
Then there is toon swapping and switching screen issue. If I swap characters, multiple times, it will eventually cause freezing of the game and crashes. This occurs more often, when I am tabbed over to the second monitor, but does happen when I stay put. It is also an issue, when I am afk and the game sends me back to the Character selecti0on screen or worse sever selection screen. If I go back to these screens, issues will happen.
Now... SWTOR is a DX9 game. I am guessing there has been no real love given to this game as of yet.
My system, is an i7-13700k, Z790 ASrock MB, 32G Trident Ram, Mutiple Samsung 990 SSDs and of course the A770 16G FE Card.
Anyone else having issues?

The most constant way though not 100%, for crashing is Launch the game, as the game is launch move mouse to 2nd screen and do work. Does not matter if I am checking email in appl, or using a web browser. Often I am turning on video to watch. The game sometimes make it to the character screen, often it does not. If it does make it to the character screen, often it will then crash after I select my character, especially if I move back to the second screen. Also, I rarely reboot my computer, so often I am working with a computer that was in sleep mode. Other ways of crashing, is constant swapping between characters, though again, often I am switching to the second screen to work.
Everything I do above, I also do while playing, World Of Warships, Hogwarts, Cyberpunk, Destiny and Diablo 4. I have few issue with any of the other games.

Hi @MikadoWu
I have been trying to reproduce the crash following your pointers, but so far I haven't got any luck. I'm running the game at 4K - Ultra presets to make it easier to see if it is a memory leak or similar.
See details here: https://youtu.be/c654Yp5puZ4
I'm going to keep testing for extended gameplay sessions, but I want to be transparent with you and set the right expectations: if the crashes are difficult to replicate and on such an older title then the chances of this getting the devs attention are small.
I'll post an update in the next couple of days at the most.
Best Regards,
Ronald M.

@MikadoWu I still haven't been able to reproduce the crash. An observation from my test is that my VRAM usage is mostly below 3GB (just keeping my eyes opened for any memory leak).
Can you share any dump file generated after the crash? I could take a look at it and it may point us in the right direction.
Best Regards,
Ronald M.

Repsone to Whom?
Ronald M. stated he does not work for Intel, I did not think that required a response. I replied to your teams last message, You acknowledged it and no further communication.
I will ask this... when testing, are your test system like a computer? I mentioned I am using dual monitors. I am always working on more then one thing.
Proceeding without warning, is extremely unprofessional.

Ronald has '_Intel' in his account name and is listed as a moderator, which means he works for Intel. He stated that he had been unable to reproduce your issue and asked for a dump file. You failed to respond to this request for more than 6 days, which constitutes abandonment of the conversation. At this point, you need to open a new conversation. In your initial post, you can reference that this new conversation is a continuation of this previous conversation (providing link) if you wish.
