Screen Flickering issue intel iris@ xe graphics

Hi Guys,

 My laptop has an issue , when i remove the charging pin it starts flickering and stop flickering when i uninstall the display driver or plugin back the charging pin.

 I have updated the drivers so many time but the problem still exist.

 please guide me what is the issue and what i should do in this case.

Provide us with the following information to better assist you:

• Does the issue occur when you disconnect the charger?
• When did the issue start?
• Does the flickering issue happen inside the BIOS menu?
• Create a system report using the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU) 
  • Download the Intel SSU
  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
  • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
  • To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."

Yes, its starts flickering

Q.2  When did the issue start?

The issue started when just bought the laptop and turn it on.

Q.3 Does the issue occur or continue when you uninstall the display adaptor’s driver ?

No, it stops flickering when I remove the driver.

Regarding your issue, you mentioned that after removing the driver, the issue stops. We would like to confirm which driver version you uninstalled. Checking your system report, your system has the 30.0.101.1960, which is the latest available on Lenovo's website. We would like to discard if this issue is being produced by an Intel Generic driver.

As we mentioned, you have the latest driver version from Lenovo. Can you confirm if the issue persists when using this driver? There are two different types of drivers, generics provided by Intel and Equipment Manufacturer drivers, that are customized to work with each specific system. The best thing to do is to use the drivers provided by the system manufacturer (OEM)
