Intel you need to fix this, so I have the latest version of Intel Arc Control (Version 32.0.101.6874), and when playing sonic frontiers its very dark the water is black and messed up and the trees and rocks DONT RENDER! I even tried using dxvk to fix that issue but when I applied it the game wouldn't open. Now after some update while playing the game sometimes it will crash and it never had done that before. With the steam issue whenever opening a steam game it shows an error on Intel Graphics Software saying "your system configuration is not supported by Intel graphics software" WHEN IT IS. Every time that happens I have to redownload it for it to go back to normal, I even tried finding a older version of it (31.0.101.4255) and I couldn't find it anywhere. I've seen older posts of these issues and you guys have done NOTHING ABOUT IT. (I use an Aspire A315-58)

- Have you tried using the OEM driver for testing?
- Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?
- When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
- Is the Resizable Bar enabled?
- Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
- Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?
Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. So I’d like the say the steam problem is gone I don’t know what caused the problem before but it’s fixed. The thing about it being dark the lighting was broken but at some times the lighting is fine so the lighting issue is fixed kinda. The only problem is that the water is black and the trees and rocks won’t render but they have collision and I found a fix for this (DXVK) but when I apply the d3d11.dll and the dxgi.dll files in the Sonic Frontiers exe directory the game won’t open but it will show it’s running in steam. For your 2nd question the dark water, and not rendering trees and rocks are there all the time no matter what. 3rd question the issue has always been here until I figured out it happened after an update ahead of version 31.0.101.4255 but I can’t find that old version anywhere. 6th question I went to this website https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html and I download the latest version again running the exe again. Last question I have altered some settings but not all I’ll try some more experimenting. I don’t think I have access to resizable bar

Thank you for the update. Having checked here the driver version you're using is 32.0.101.6874. I would like to request you install the recommended driver version from A315-58 to isolate the issue as it could be a compatibility issue with the drivers.
To better understand the rendering issue, can you please provide a photo of it?

Question where is the recommended driver on the website? When I go to drivers and software i don't see an intel iris xe/arc download like the one from here https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html is it the VGA Driver (UMA)? The black stuff in the first picture is supposed to be water, and in the second picture i am standing on something not visible which is supposed to be a rock and visible. EDIT: I downloaded one of the old drivers and the problem still consisted could you please send a link download for version 31.0.101.4255? I would really appreciate it.

To isolate the issue and to install the recommended driver version for your system, please download and install the VGA Driver (UMA) 30.0.101.1404.
Please attached the updated SSU log once you've installed the driver.

That is the one Installed and the problem was still there but ill try again EDIT: yeah the rocks and trees are still invisible and the water is still dark
