Sparkle B570 Windows restart issue

The card runs fine from a cold boot but if I need to restart the pc through windows I get a no signal message and black screen. I have the correct bios and uninstalled drivers and re applied them to no avail?

  • Have you checked if the issue persists when using a different graphics card or monitor?
  • Are there any error messages or codes displayed when the screen goes black after a restart?
  • Have you tried updating the BIOS to the latest version available for your motherboard?
  • Can you confirm if the problem occurs only with Windows, or does it happen with other operating systems as well?
  • Have you tried performing a clean installation of Windows to see if the problem persists?
  • Are there any recent changes or updates to your system that coincided with the onset of this issue?
  • Please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below on how to generate the logs:
