The card runs fine from a cold boot but if I need to restart the pc through windows I get a no signal message and black screen. I have the correct bios and uninstalled drivers and re applied them to no avail?

- Have you checked if the issue persists when using a different graphics card or monitor?
- Are there any error messages or codes displayed when the screen goes black after a restart?
- Have you tried updating the BIOS to the latest version available for your motherboard?
- Can you confirm if the problem occurs only with Windows, or does it happen with other operating systems as well?
- Have you tried performing a clean installation of Windows to see if the problem persists?
- Are there any recent changes or updates to your system that coincided with the onset of this issue?
