I don't know why I can't "Post Reply" the Topic, It always shows that the button cannot be clicked. On the other hand, I cannot reply to the emails you sent me, as Email always shows that it cannot be sent to the address. So, I have to post a new topic.

About the topic, thanks for your reply, now I answer your questions:
When did the issue start? It started after installed A770 graphics card. Prior to this, I had been using an AMD graphics card, and earlier, I had also used an Nvidia graphics card. They have never experienced situations that the BIOS interface is not displayed. A few weeks ago, when I bought the A770 and used it, this situation happened.
Does it happen just when the Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics is installed or does it also happen when the graphics card is removed? it happen just when the Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics is installed. I have tried uninstalling and installing the driver again. After uninstalling the driver, the monitor will not display Nothing, including the Windows interface. After installing the driver, it will not display the BIOS interface.

The above information is obviously not enough to identify the cause. I have other information to provide to you:
1. When I connect the A770 to a TV (by the HDMI), the TV can display the BIOS interface, but it is not complete, the small font area will not be displayed. I can switch bios pages, but I cannot operate it. When connecting the display monitor(by HDMI), the BIOS interface will not be displayed. if use DP, it will display Nothing, include windows.
2.I have found some users on the internet who have encountered similar situations like me, but they are Nvidia users. They say this is a Compatibility with DP or HDMI, especially for older models monitors. Nvidia has released patches to slove these issueshttps://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4674/~/graphics-firmware-update-for-displayport-1.3-and-1.4-displays

Perhaps ARC A770 encountered similar issues, you can take similar measures as well.

Hello Teiketsu,

We understand that you were unable to post your response to your previous thread. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will send you an email to your user's associated email as a second channel in case you can't post back into this thread.

About your issue, you mentioned that you previously had an AMD graphics adapter, and depending on the driver version installed, the graphics card will behave differently. We recommend you use the Display Driver Uninstaller. Check How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver for instructions. The DDU tool will eliminate all previous drivers and leftover files from previous driver versions. Then, you should install the driver 31.0.101.4672 once again.
