Visual glitches / artifacts on Windows 11 desktop

My Windows Desktop recently started glitching every now and then, producing strange visual artifacts, flickering and font rendering issues. They even show up on sharex screenshots (see below)

It pretty much only happens when I return to the PC after not using it for while and access it via the lockscreen password prompt.

It can be fixed by logging off as the current user and logging back in.

I already tried reinstalling the GPU driver (after removing them with DDU from secure boot first) and re-seating the GPU. I also tried the usual sfc / dism Windows stuff, in case it is an OS issue.

HW:

GIGABYTE B550 GAMING X V2

SPARKLE Intel Arc A750 ORC OC Edition, 8GB, Dr.: 32.0.101.6299

Lenovo G24qe-20 (Monitor, connected via DP)

Edit: attached a small video showcasing the problem + ssu.txt

So just if anyone finds this looking for a solution: I am pretty confident I solved it by uninstalling the Lenovo G24qe-20 Monitor drivers.
