Vulkan renderer keeps all my games in fullscreen. Need help

Hey. I have a problem and i kinda don't know how to explain this properly. Vulkan renderer is somehow keeps all games that use vulkan to be in fullscreen mode even if they are in borderless. This problem occurred once I upgraded windows 11 from 23H2 to 24H2 and i can't fix it anymore. I tried clean install of 24h2, after that i rolled back to 23h2 with clean reinstall and no changes at all. Still doesnt work properly
Video card is Intel Ark b580
CPU is Ryzen 5600x
R-bar enabled
I tried everything i could think about.

Hi Gorrita,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:

  1. Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?
  2. When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?
  3. What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
  4. Have you tried disabling R-bar to see if it affects the Vulkan renderer's behavior?
  5. Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
  6. Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?
  7. Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
  8. Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?

I would also like to obtain 3 CapFrameX log to thoroughly analyze the FPS performance. Kindly ensure that the game would run for a minimum of 3 minutes each.

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.

If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Best regards,

Hi! Thank you for replie.
The issue started once i updated my windows 11 to 24h2 build ( it was working nice before). I rolled back to 23h2 but the issue with vulkan persisted .
Issue occurs in EVERY game that uses vulkan. It doesn't matter if its a cutsceen or gameplay or menu. I tried ddu and reinstalling drivers but it didn't help. After that I made a clean install of windows 11 23h2 and it didn't help. Than i tried different ark drivers which also didn't help.
Graphics settings doesn't matter here cuz its a problem with managing screens. Unfortunately, I will be able to provide you ssu data on the weekends.
