Hello 你真的无敌了,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.
- Was it working fine before?
- What was the last change in the system before the issue started?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
- Did you try to update the BIOS and Graphics driver?
- Please help generate the SSU logs of your system for me to review the hardware and installed drivers. Kindly refer to the link below for the steps on how to generate the logs:

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

I found the problem. It was just because the VRAM was changed from 19Gbps to 20Gbps. The issue disappeared after I restored it to the default setting. Thank you. I don't need help anymore.
