Why is this card so slow?

Second monitor randomly stops displaying, I cant get a stable fps in rust, and why is every driver update for Call of Duty? this is Bull%!&$! My 1060 6gb had better frame stability. Nothing runs well and the card gets hot. I haven't heard back from my first post. What are you guys even doing? I spent 300 mf dollars on this card to play with in development drivers? I paid for this 3 fan brick to run games smooth, and I have to tinker with this Sparkle Rainbow LGBTQ dedicated discrete bs to make it run a little better.

Help.

Also, Resizable baring straight up doesn't work. I did everything under the sun and still nothing, 4g coding, resizable bar set to auto, motherboard firmware update, CSM disabled. Why is this so hard for yall?

Hello beSIC,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your setup. Let's try to address each of your concerns:

  1. Second Monitor Issue: It sounds like your second monitor is intermittently losing its display. This could be related to a connection issue or a driver problem. May I ask what your monitor make and model, as well as your cable type/model is, so I can fully check? Please ensure all cables are securely connected and consider trying different ports or cables. Additionally, check for any available updates for your graphics drivers that might address multi-monitor setups.
  2. Frame Stability in Rust: If you're experiencing unstable FPS in Rust, it might be worth checking the game's settings and ensuring they are optimized for your hardware. Sometimes, lowering certain graphics settings can improve performance. Also, make sure your drivers are up to date, as they can impact game performance. Please also share how much FPS value you are getting on each game.
  3. Driver Updates for Call of Duty: While driver updates often focus on popular games like Call of Duty, they can also include general performance improvements. It's important to keep your drivers updated to ensure the best performance across all games.
  4. Card Heating: If your graphics card is getting hot, ensure your PC has adequate cooling and airflow. You might also want to check if the card's fans are functioning properly and consider cleaning any dust buildup.
  5. Resizable BAR Issue: You've done a lot to enable Resizable BAR, but if it's still not working, it might be worth checking with your motherboard manufacturer for any specific settings or updates that could help. Sometimes, compatibility issues can arise, and manufacturers may have additional guidance.

Additionally, please submit CapFrameX capture data (.json files) reproducing the issue.

  • Capture data at least 3 times to define a good performance baseline.

Considering your specifications compared to the recommended hardware/software for the ARC A-series GPU, there is a minor discrepancy with your CPU. While your system can still utilize the SPARKLE Intel® Arc™ A770 TITAN, you may experience slight performance issues since the recommended CPU is 10th Gen or higher.

To help further check, can you please share a log file from Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software., so I can also check other details such as the drivers and firmware that may have an effect with your ARC GPU performance. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save (.txt).
  • Attach the log file as you reply.

I apologize for the delay in responding to your initial post, and I appreciate your patience. Could you please share the previous post or thread so I can review it?

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.

There might be some technical issue, you can contact the Intel company to resolve this issue. As per my knowledge, most of the Uae based mobile game development company have faced such issue commonly and it can be easily solved by connecting with Intel.
