So I got this problem about Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - WHQL - Windows* v31.0.101.3358 and v31.0.101.4146

after updating to v31.0.101.3358 last week via the app Intel driver and support assistant, my windows 11 pro gaming laptop suddenly slowed down. Black screens happens more often and after that all the apps except google chrome goes white and unresponsive. then the 31.0.101.4146 came out and I started to download it and tried to install but it says "error" and can't install for some reason so I'm now stuck at v31.0.101.3358 with very slow performance. Please help. how can i fix this or install a older version?

Hello DaVenzy12,

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that you are having performance issues after installing driver v31.0.101.3358, and now you are unable to update the driver to our latest version, 31.0.101.4146.

To better assist you, please provide me with the following:

Could you share a screenshot of the error message you receive when trying to update the graphics driver?

  • We would like to gather more information about your system that will help us troubleshoot your issue, so please, provide us with a report using the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU):
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

Best regards,
