Hi, Nerdelkin.
Thank you for posting in our Community and providing the details.
I understand you're experiencing a crash during the boss fight bringer in Zenless Zone Zero. Since the crash only happens during that specific fight, it could be related to either the game or the driver. I appreciate you attaching the crash logs and SSU report. It’ll help us narrow down the cause. Just to confirm, have you tried troubleshooting steps like verifying the game files, adjusting your graphics settings, or performing a clean reinstall of the graphics driver? I can take a closer look at the logs and see if there are any specific issues tied to your system configuration or the current driver version.
Looking forward to getting this sorted for you.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello! Thanks for fast response to my post. Here is fresh SSU and crash report. I played today after updating drivers to 6557. First fight was good, no crash. I did second try to check and it crashed. So 50/50. Same settings. SSU and crash report in attachments.

Hi, Nerdelkin.
Thanks for providing the updated SSU and crash report. It’s a good sign that the first fight in the game went smoothly, but I understand that the issue occurs on the second try.
I'll review the reports and get back to you with the next steps. In the meantime, if you notice any patterns or additional details, feel free to share them.
Thanks again for your patience.
Best regards,
Von M.

Hi, Nerdelkin.
Thank you for your patience. To assist with troubleshooting and further investigation, I would appreciate your response to the following questions:
- Was the game working fine before?
- When did the issue start occurring?
- Are there any error messages when the game crashes?
- Does the crashing issue happen during the Sacrifice-Bringer boss fight, or is it random?
- Could you share the game settings, if possible?
- Which digital distribution service you're using to play the game?
- Have you reported this issue on any other Intel platforms, such as GitHub?
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello! Sorry for delayed response. About your questions:
1. Game was and is playing smooth, except for this instance as of today.
2. This boss fight was added just recently in 1.4 update, in the end of December.
3 and 4. No, no messages, just freeze with you know what "freeze" sound of fight going on at background and then crashing to desktop. I managed to capture frozen frame before it crashed to desktop. And it seems only to occur in lightning effects heavy frames. I found thread at Reddit with exactly same problem occurring to OP. Also, it's inconsistent crash. I did 3 test fights today 2 good and 1 crashing.
5. Added screenshots of settings and crash log from today.
6. EGS, but it's just launching native Hoyo launcher which is used to install and launch game.
7. No, never used that platform.
Thank you.

Hello, Nerdelkin.
Thanks for the update. Got it, so the boss fight you're referring to was added in the 1.4 update from late December. 3 & 4. Thanks for clarifying. It sounds like the crash happens during lightning-heavy frames, and it's an inconsistent issue. It’s good that you were able to capture the frozen frame before the crash. I’ll check out the Reddit thread you mentioned to see if there’s a common solution or more details on this issue.
Thank you for sharing the images with the game settings. I will need to do some further research on this issue and will provide an update in this thread once I have more information.
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello!~ Unfortunately I'm at vacation right now away from my PC so didn't have much time to test after new drivers came out, but in few runs I did it was stable, no crushes. Seems like it was fixed with new drivers. If issue will resurface I'll open new ticket. Thank you very much. I hope issues with AOC 24G2 monitors and adaptive sync will resolve soon too

Hello, Nerdelkin.
Thank you for the update. I'm pleased to hear that the new drivers appear to have resolved the issue and that your system is stable during your testing. Enjoy your vacation, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if the issue reoccurs. Hopefully, it may help other community members experiencing similar behavior. Since the thread is now solved, I will proceed to close it. Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. I also appreciate you mentioning the AOC 24G2 monitors and adaptive sync. We’re actively working on improvements for those, and your feedback is valuable.
