annoying blackscreen/blackout for 1sec during gaming a770

hi 

the arc a770 is running pretty well on my system i9-7980xe ..also rbar works !!

there is just one really annoying issue...when i play games like (warthunder ,company of heroes) i get a blackout screen for just 1sec ...the game still run ,but it is really annoying . it just start randomly for maybee 1-2 times in an hour....im pretty sure its a driver issue ...and i saw in the community that im not the only one...

-clean install etc.. 

- i change the display port cable to a 2.0 new cable 

-turn off in the fast boot in the bios

-turn off the gaming mode of windows 

nothing seems to work....

u have any idea ,wat it could be?

We would also like to recommend trying disabling Variable Refresh Rate:

1. Go to Intel® Arc™ Control（Alt+i）
2. Select Display
3. Select Per-Display Settings
4. Select Disable Variable Refresh Rate

Well, I got the same Error but when it recovers there are also graphic errors (black spots). 

Running a A770 in full HD and tested new cables, HDMI and DP on different monitors. It ran fine with my old Graphics card (RTX 2060). Resizeable bar is active.

-A770

-Rizen 3700x 

-32gb ram 

-current bios on MB

-Resizeable Bar enabled

what I did and tried:

-lower settings (less errors)

-replaced Ram and PSU (850W thermaltake) and display cables

-2nd monitor

-diferent resolutions ad fixed refreshrates as well variable rate 

-Tested on 31.0.101.46XX (diferent versions) and the ...4826 version.

It seems to appear lees frequent when you lower the settings and switch to the old graphic card setting (ingame Setting, for pre GTX700 series and same old AMD cards, forces DX9 and lock sertain settings to the lowest setting). the Error after the black out can sometime revertet by changing the pov/screen (like switching to gunner sight / bomb sight). It most often appears during Airbattles... and moslt effects the Cockpit, other Planes/Tanks, Trees and bushes aswell as some concrete buildings and roads (including the Runway)
