my sparkle titan oc a750 is hanging on post, I have a 500w PSU but it has booted before on it. other GPUs (1650, 960) work on the system. when the primary display is set to integrated graphics it will show a white under score on a frozen screen; when set to auto it shows a black screen. I have tried disabling igpu mulimonitor and different ram.

Hello cabbose2552

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities.

In this case, we recommend using a 600W PSU as a minimum even though your configurations have worked before it would be better to test the GPU on a system that meets the requirements to make sure it receives the needed power for it to function properly.

I would also recommend testing different cables to discard possible damaged cables, if the issue persists, please share with us the following information:

  • What type of connections are you using(HDMI, DP)?
  • Are you using any type of video adapter?
  • Create and share with us a log file from the Intel® System Support Utility to get more detailed information on your hardware and driver details.

Hello cabbose2552

Have you been able to re-test your GPU in a different PSU? If the issue still continues or not possible for you to test another PSU let us know the information we requested in our previous post.
