Hello, the problem is that for the B 580 video card on Windows 10 22H2, at first there was no INTEL graphics software, and I could not install this program from anywhere, then at the beginning of February with the driver update everything worked, and after the failure I had to install everything again, but now, the program is running but is not displayed anywhere, it starts working only if you kill the process and start it again, and in it there are video card performance settings, on the performance tab, only indicators!

Hi Raifart,
I understand that you have encountered issues with the Intel Graphics Software. Just to confirm, are you looking for the "Tuning Tab"? Please also generate SSU report for me to check your system components.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
Jed G.

strange behavior of the application in general:
1. in early January I couldn't find "intel graphics" at all
2. after a crash it disappeared, only the uninstaller remained in the folder
3. the fps is displayed incorrectly. this can be seen in the screenshot.
4. after I managed to roll back the system via a backup image - the TUNING tab, which is next to the metrics, disappeared

Regarding the third point, it is still not clear, there have already been two driver releases, but the situation has not changed, the FPS display is still incorrect!!!

Sorry, I couldn't stand it anymore! I reinstalled the system, it seems the problem was in it, although it was fresh,
but the question about FPS remained relevant, no matter how I configured it - it shows incomprehensible 8-10 frames per second

Hi Raifart,
Upon checking, the current behavior of the "Tuning" tab is erratic as well as the overall "Performance" tab and this is a known issue we are actively addressing. You can check our latest ReleaseNotes_101.6559_WHQL.pdf for your reference. In the meantime, the current solution is to manually restart the Intel Graphics Software Service by following these steps:
- Click on the Windows search.
- Type in Services.msc and hit Enter.
- In the list search for Intel Graphics Software Service.
- Right-Click on Intel Graphics Software Service and select "Start".
If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.
Best regards,
Jed G.

here after reinstalling windows, intelgraphicssoftware worked properly, and after installing cyberpunk 2077, it stopped being called through the start.
after I killed the process.
and launched it again - it worked
but the "tuning" tab disappeared again!!!
about the method you described - it is not suitable because the application was launched!

I look forward to your response.

Hello Raifart,
Thank you for confirming. Same with my previous post, the "Performance" tab on Intel Graphics Software is currently experiencing a known issue, which is under investigation. As a result, all metrics results may display discrepancies. Here's the latest ReleaseNotes_101.6559_WHQL.pdf for your reference.

tell me, please, one more thing, I noticed that Solidworks works very slowly on an Intel card, for example, with the same components, but with the old RX5500XT card there were no difficulties, everything worked quickly, but now in order to select the plane of a part, it takes several seconds until the program outlines the contour and I can rotate or zoom in on the part and do something else!!!

Hello Raifart,
I understand that you have an additional concern. As this thread is intended to address issues related to Intel Graphics Software, please create a separate thread for the performance issue with SolidWorks. This will help avoid confusion and ensure that we can address each issue properly.

Hi Raifart,
I would just like to share this link with you for more information - The "Tuning" Tab is Missing in Intel® Graphics Software (IGS). About the SolidWorks issue, you might want to try our latest driver version 32.0.101.6632 and create a separate thread to continue.
