cant use full resulution

i have a ultrawide lg screen(2560x1080) but i cant use it, the highest it will let me use is(1920x1080). it was working yesterday, i have tries almost everything.

please help me.

1. What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far?
2. What is the monitor model?
3. Was there any update or change before the issue started to happen?
4. What type of connection are you using(HDMI, DP)?
5. Are you using any type of video adapters or dongles?
6. Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it.
