Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We would be more than glad to help you.

 

Before we proceed with further troubleshooting, please provide us with the following:

  • When did the issue start?
  • Is the Intel® Arc™ A750 the first graphics adapter installed in your system?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
  • Do you only experience this error message when using OBS on Facebook? Does it occur if you try Youtube or Twitch?
  • We would like to gather more information about your system. Please create a system report using the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel SSU). This would help us check if the system is up to date.
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

 

 

We also would like to let you know that the error message does not implicate that there is a problem with the graphics card, and we noticed that there are people reporting the same problem on the OBS forums, you can take a look at their recommendations:
