forza horizon 5 crashing on arc a750

specs- arc a750
ryzen 5 5600
16 gigs ram

forza horizon 5 keeps crashing on ultra and high settings. the game crashes during the loading screen when its set to ultra or high settings. it launches when its set to medium or low but when i try to set it to ultra in-game(after launching it in low settings), it crashes again. Any fixes for this?

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communites. We know it can be frustrating to be experiencing constant crashes on your games so I will be more than willing to help with this one.

We have seen some scenarios in which MSAA Antialiasing settings can cause issues on this game, when setting High or Ultras settings, please disable MSAA only and check if the crashes still happen.

Also, please create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and share it with us to get your hardware and driver details so we can check if there is any issue from there.

I wanted to check if you have been able to test the game with MSAA settings disabled, let us know if the issue is still present, and in case the issue still happens share with us the log file from the Intel® System Support Utility we requested in our previous post.

Before closing this thread we just want to let you know that we tested Forza Horizon 5 with our latest driver 31.0.101.5074 and did not final any problems, we tested in Ultra and High settings using MSAA as well and the game worked without crashes. We recommend that you update and test the latest driver and feel free to open a new thread in case you continue to experience the problem and want to troubleshoot.
