games locked to my monitor refresh rate

I have an intel arc a750 spesificly the sparkle  edition its paired with my i5 12400f and for some reason all my games are locked  to my monitor refresh rate wich is 100hz the only acception to this is cs2 and cs:go legacy. I disabled all free sync and v-sync

You thought about vSync and FreeSync because here is the likely cause of the issue. Just to be sure, where exactly did you disable vSync? Was it in Intel Arc Control? how about on each game graphics menu?

The fact CS2 does not exhibit the issue makes me think this could be about something else, so I would like to get more information.

1. In which games are you seeing the issue with?
2. How are you confirming the games are stuck with the 100hz refresh rate?
3. What are the graphics settings (resolution, quality presets, etc.) used in each of the affected games?

You can also post the report generated by the Intel Graphics Command Center (IGCC) so I can be familiar with your system configuration.

Did you get a chance to see my previous post? The information I requested can help me provide a more insightful recommendation.

For now I would suggest doing a clean installation of the graphics driver using DDU and then install driver 32.0.101.5972
