Let's get some basic troubleshooting steps first - I don't have any details about your system configuration so I really can't recommend anything too specific, perhaps you can run the Intel SSU report and share it here. Also let me know the make and model of your power supply.

The easiest troubleshooting step is to reseat the GPU in the PCIe x16 slot. If it still doesn't work then test using different video cables and if possible a different display.
Next up is testing the hardware elements to verify which are known good-working. Try by either testing the computer with a different GPU (if your CPU has integrated graphics this should work) or testing the Intel Arc A750 somewhere else.
Is this Intel Arc A750 Limited Edition or is it from a different vendor/partner?
