how you could make intel arc capture/highlights way better and possibly best clipping software

simple as programming a hot key to capture the last 30 sec to maybe 2 minutes of gaming. I'm pretty sure it will already capture clips with discord chat and face cam in the clip which makes awesome clips as if you're a twitch streamer. Just needs a programmable hot key to clip previous gameplay like xbox capture and many others
