Hello Rexfrese,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
If I may add input from what Super User AlHill mentioned here, your system may not have met the system requirements for the Intel® Arc™ A380 Graphics, but it may still run and/or able to use this graphics card however, there may be performance or stability issues for configurations not listed in this guide.
With regard to the lagging issue with MAXON CINEMA 4D, I hope to get the following details below so we can further check:
1) PC configuration to check further what's causing the issue to happen. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt). *Attach the log file as you reply to this thread.
2) Please confirm that the 'Resizable BAR' or 'Above 4G decoding' has been enabled.
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Newer of CINEMA 4D works completely fine, but the older version have laggy performance no clue why
The reason I don’t want to switch is my assets gets missing in the newer versions.
And i my motherboard does not support Resizable BAR, and i don’t think it would fix the problem.

Hello Rexfrese,
I'll take note of these. I just hope to clarify the following:
1) "Newer of CINEMA 4D works completely fine, but the older version have laggy performance no clue why"
Q: Can you please confirm that the application (CINEMA 4D) is working fine with the software latest version along with the Intel® Arc™ A380 Graphics and the "older version" with the "laggy performance" you were referring to is the "older version of the CINEMA 4D?
2) "The reason I don’t want to switch is my assets gets missing in the newer versions."
Q: When you say "switching to newer version gets missing assets", are you referring to switching back to your old GPU (NVIDIA GEFORE GT 710 (2GB VRAM)) or switching back to your software (CINEMA 4D) older version?
3) And i my motherboard does not support Resizable BAR, and i don’t think it would fix the problem.
Q: Were you able to confirm with your motherboard support team, that this system does not have resizable bar or Above 4G decoding'? May I ask what your motherboard make/model is, or can you share your system configuration using the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU), I requested previously, so I can help check further?
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hi,
I'm answering your questions:
Q.1)
Can you please confirm that the application (CINEMA 4D) is working fine with the software latest version along with the Intel® Arc™ A380 Graphics and the "older version" with the "laggy performance" you were referring to is the "older version of the CINEMA 4D?
A. Yes, the latest version of CINEMA 4D is working completely fine with INTEL ARC A380. But older versions are very laggy.
Q.2)
When you say "switching to newer version gets missing assets", are you referring to switching back to your old GPU (NVIDIA GEFORE GT 710 (2GB VRAM)) or switching back to your software (CINEMA 4D) older version?
A. No, i did not meant switching to my previous GPU. i was talking about about CINEMA 4D older Versions.
Q.3)
Were you able to confirm with your motherboard support team, that this system does not have resizable bar or Above 4G decoding'? May I ask what your motherboard make/model is, or can you share your system configuration using the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU), I requested previously, so I can help check further?
A. My Motherboard Model is (GIGABYTE B365M GAMING HD) and it does not supports Re-Size BAR/4G Decoding. And My CPU is (Intel Core i5-9400F)
i'm still facing the problem.
Thank you!
Regards.

Hello Rexfrese,
Thank you for the clarification. It seems to be more of a compatibility and software-related issue. I'll proceed with checking this internally for now and will provide an update once available. Please feel free to share any additional information you might have.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello Rexfrese,
While I am checking on this issue further, please proceed with a clean installation of the latest Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6647 (WHQL Certified) using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and let me know if it makes any difference.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello Rexfrese,
I understand that performing a clean installation with DDU of the latest Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6651 hasn't resolved the issue. I'll look into this internally and provide an update as soon as possible.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
