It is important to mention that our support is only provided in English. We may not be able to translate the screenshots attached to the thread. To better assist you, we use a translation tool; hence, the translation may not be completely accurate.
To solve the Intel® Arc™ Control interface not responding, uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver and Arc Control:
- To uninstall Arc Control, see: How to Uninstall Intel® Arc™ Control
- To uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver, check Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows*

Before closing this case, we would like to recommend you uninstall any leftover 3rd party drivers from the system usingDisplay Driver Uninstaller (DDU). Check the following article for information about how to run the uninstaller software.
