Hi good evening
I'm having problems capturing streaming and playing at the same time capturing in 1080p and 30fps attached is the SSU and the capframex file
I have already disabled hardware acceleration, disabled the h264 codec and also disabled the option to show image preview in streaming.

After some tests that I did for some reason when disabling the GPU scheduling option via hardware and game optimization for windows, then I went to discord and activated hardware acceleration and acceleration via codec my game became much more stable I don't know the reason but I'm redoing it, attached is the file referring to the option my windows is in pt-br after all I don't speak English.

Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?
When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?
Is the issue persisting when playing other games?
What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
Is the Resizable Bar enabled?
Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?
Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?
Which steaming platform you're using?

I checked your SSU and saw that your current driver version is 32.0.101.6913. Please try to update to the latest driver 32.0.101.6972 and perform Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows*.
Additionally, please provide another CapframeX logs once you're done with the update.
