hi Usef

Based on the troubleshooting steps you've taken, it seems you've covered some crucial areas to diagnose the problem. Given the steps you've already tried—such as a clean installation of Windows 10, using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to reinstall the GPU driver, and reinstalling the game—it's unfortunate that the issue persists. Have you monitored the GPU's performance metrics, such as GPU utilization and temperatures, when running these games? Are there any unusual readings or spikes? What about the updates for your GPU? Have you checked for any updates or patches for the Intel ARC A750 software? Is there any specific configuration or setting within the software that might be impacting game performance?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi

It seems like the CPU is heavily utilized while the GPU isn't being fully utilized. Have you checked if there are any specific settings in the games or in your system's power management that might be limiting the GPU's performance? There is an article or links from intel that can actually fix the issue, please view this link: High CPU Usage but Low GPU Usage
