steel division 2 still unplayable after 2 years

I'm playing Steel Division 2. It's a good game, and I love to play it. However, since I got my Arc 16GB (on the release date) I have not been able to. It looks like a texture bug, and I've ensured it was not the game. This has been a problem for over two years and has not yet been fixed. I understand it's not a popular game, it's niche, but it's one of my favorites and I have been patiently waiting for it to be fixed.

@Popeyethesailors , just wondering if you have tried to adjust the graphic setting in game setting?

Along with that, if you set the low setting, has the issue still same?

Whenever I try to it just auto-sets to a new setting. 

The problem is that the game is flickering between my settings and ultra-low settings. 

I've tried to fix this with the controller to see if it's an overlap of authority but it just doesn't work. 

I will try a new install of the arc controller, and I'll reply after to see if it works.
