video capabilities of A60 pro and B580

I could not find any information:

1. about the video encode and decode capabilities.

eg., h264, 8/10/12 bits 444, 422, 420 ? same with h265.

With quicksync, there is only h264 8bits 420 cababilities, and the product only shows "h264 acceleration". This is not sufficient.

But I am not interested Resolve's implementation, I am interested in Intel's hardware capabilities, as a developer.

2. About quantitative encode and decode power, so we can compare generations and models and non Intel products;

3. And how many instances of encode, and decode are possible. For nvidia case, they develop that; for encode, there is a  limited amout of instances which changes from gpu to gpu.
