Hello Intel,
IntelGraphicsSoftware_26.4.2155.3 came with packed with latest driver gfx_win_101.8626 is not working correctly, the Performance Tab values showing erratic behavior and values changing rapidly, and also CPU Utilization has been removed from the list which was present in previous WHQL 101.8509.
Right now, I am using the latest driver with older IGS _25.52.2110.4 and everything seems to be working fine.
Just reporting this and waiting for this problem to be fixed in future update.
Thanks
Kind Regards.
NIUH

Hello Michael,
Good day!
1) Intel Arc B580 Challenger.
2) Downloaded the driver from Official Intel Page; DDU'ed previous driver in safe mode and clean installed latest 8626.
3) I usually handle the troubleshooting process on my own because I am an experienced user, but for this specific issue I tried the driver on another drive with WIN10 installed but the issue still persists.
4) I have attached SSU for better understanding.
P.s: I personally don't have any major issue with this brilliant series of GPU's created by Intel, either with Games or Ai generated stuff.
Cut to the chase: for such brilliance I also bought another LE (as a backup).
Best regards,
NIUH.

Hello Michael,
Good day!
I'm attaching 2 videos, one with older IGS and the other with newer version.
Driver version is 8626 on both videos.
You can clearly see the difference in newer IGS. It has missing CPU Utilization TAB and GPU, WATT, UTIL tab values are changing erratically.
Such issues were not present in previous IGS version 25.52.2110.4.
Best regards,
NIUH.

Hello Michael,
Good day!
I did what you've asked of me and the problem still remains.
I think that it has something to do only with IGS bundled with latest driver package.
I hope it will get fixed with the next update.
Best regards,
NIUH.

Hello AstroNommy,
I hope this message finds you well.
We are still in the process of reviewing and investigating this issue.
However, let me also ask you. For this thread, you reported 2 issues and they are the folloiwng:
- IntelGraphicsSoftware_26.4.2155.3 came with packed with latest driver gfx_win_101.8626 is not working correctly, the Performance Tab values showing erratic behavior and values changing rapidly,
- and also CPU Utilization has been removed from the list which was present in previous WHQL 101.8509.
Due to system limitation, we can only attend with one issue per thread. Please tell me which issue would you like us to focus.

Hi AstroNommy,
Thank you for your response! No worries about the delay.
Before we proceed with thorough troubleshooting, I’d like to ask if you could try installing the latest driver (version 32.0.101.8735) and let me know if the issue persists. Sometimes, updating the driver can resolve certain glitchy behaviors, and this step will help us determine if that’s the case here.
Once you’ve had a chance to test it, please let me know the results, and we can continue from there.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your cooperation!
Best regards,

Hello Bueno S.
Good day!
I have clean installed latest version 8735 but it has same problem.
However, I noticed that fast pacing values have slowed down a bit (30%) but still it's not perfect as IGS came with version 8509 and
CPU Utilization is still missing.
Best regards,
NIUH.

Hello AstroNommy,
Thank you for the update.
Let me check, did you use DDU method to install version 8735?
As I have mentioned in my previous post, we can only support 1 issue per thread.
Kindly create a new thread for the missing CPU Utilization.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello Michael,
Good day!
did you use DDU method to install version 8735?
Yes. I always use DDU in Safe Mode before installing new driver.
Kindly proceed with irregular behavior of Metric values.
p.s: for CPU Utilization I will create a separate thread.
Thanks a lot.
Best regards,
NIUH.
