I will not have any of those problem if I enable my CSM
The only fix I know right now is turn on my PC with CSM enable, once It load windows, I restart, then disable CSM, and I can install or do any windows related task without my PC restarting.
Iv'e done :
Reinstall windows 10 multiple time
Make sure it's GPT partition instead of MBR
Using DDU on safe mode to reinstall driver
Checking my ram stability
Using windows 11
Using linux
My spec :
Ryzen 5 5600
Intel Arc b580 titan OC
ASRock b550m pro4
PSU MSI mag a550bn

Hello FlyingCat,
Greetings from Intel Customer Support,
Thank you for posting your query on the Intel Community Forum.
We appreciate the detailed information you have provided regarding the issue.
To assist with our investigation, we kindly request the following information:
- What is the current BIOS version installed on your ASRock B550M Pro4 motherboard?
- Have you updated the motherboard to the latest BIOS version available from ASRock?
- Are Resizable BAR (ReBAR) and Above 4G Decoding enabled in the BIOS?
- You mentioned that you are using both Windows 10 and Linux. Could you please let us know on which operating system the issue occurs?
If the issue occurs on Windows 10, please generate and share an Intel System Support Utility (SSU) report using the link below:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
If the issue occurs on Linux, please generate and share an SSU report using the link below:
Please ensure that the Networking option is unchecked while generating the SSU report.
Additionally, we recommend performing the following checks:
- Ensure that the latest Intel graphics driver is installed.
- Temporarily disable any overclocking settings and verify whether the issue persists.
- Check Windows Event Viewer for any critical Kernel-Power (Event ID 41) entries following an unexpected restart and share the details with us.
Once you have completed the above steps, please share the results with us. This information will help us determine whether the issue is related to the system configuration or another component within the platform.
We look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Roy
