Does anyone know why I am receiving this and how it can be fixed?

I can see from your screenshot that you're encountering a compatibility message, and I'd be happy to help you resolve this. To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

 

  1. What graphics driver version is currently installed on your system? (You can check this in Device Manager > Display adapters)
  2. What prompted this driver update - was it from Intel Driver & Support Assistant, Windows Update, or another source?
  3. Are you experiencing any graphics or display issues that led you to attempt this driver update, or was this a routine update?
  4. Could you please run the Intel System Support Utility (SSU) and share the log file? This will help me analyze your system configuration and identify the compatibility issue.

 

Once I have this information, I'll be able to provide you with a specific solution to resolve this compatibility message.

Hello, thanks for replying but,
I already fixed

I had to delete the driver, and i used DDU to ensure no remnant remained and i manually installed it from intel.com
