So, I'm currently using the Intel Arc B580 Titan OC Edition GPU and Ryzen 7 5700x. PSU is Corsair CV650. Mobo is Gigabyte B450M S2H. Ram is Corsair Vengeance DDR4 16GB (8x2), Windows 10 LTSC, I hope the specs are alright for what I'm gonna run. So while I'm exporting a video in Premiere Pro and Mine-imator, my PC kinda crashes. It's like when it crashes, my case fans still spins, CPU fan spins, it just doesn't detect the display when it crashes, disconnecting and reconnecting the monitor and GPU doesn't work, so I have to completely shut down everything to make it work again. However, when I minimize while I'm exporting something and watch some YouTube, the export succeeds! This is really confusing. If I somehow take a peek while the export is happening, system just crashes. Windows Event Logger doesn't say much on why it crashed. I suspect it's a GPU issue cuz my GPU usage gets high while I'm exporting a video. Everything else is chilling. It also happens when I play some games like Dead by Daylight, Minecraft but very rarely. It happens most of the time when I'm exporting a video.

Hello AndyTandy,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
To address the issue effectively, please share the information below.
1. Does the crash happen faster with higher export settings?
2. What are your GPU temperatures during export crashes?
3. Does the system crash only happen when exporting a video?
4. Does using a different export application?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I look forward to your response.
Best regards

I've uploaded a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Suddenly, it doesn't crash anymore when I'm exporting a video. I'm still not entirely sure why these crashes occur cuz it happens rarely and especially when I'm exporting a video or when a game is loading, it never crashes while I'm in a game or while I'm editing, so it could be related to a hard drive issue. But right now, I'm not sure, I have no way to confirm this. Anyway, thanks for your response.
