Intel Arc B580 on PCIe 3.0 x16 issue

I'm using intel Arc b580 with cpu i5 8400 and motherboard Aorus Z370 Gaming 5 wifi. I use graphics card on PCIe 3.0 x16 slot but it shows @ x1 3.0. I tried to use graphics card on PCIe 3.0 x8 slot but it shows @ x8 3.0. What's the error? I'm using latest driver 32.0.101.8136.

You do not meet the hardware requirements for ARC.  You need a minimum of a 10th gen proceswsor and 400 series chipset:
