- Is your headset showing up in the list of audio devices, and if so, is it set as the default device?
- May I know which connection you are using for your headset wired, Bluetooth, etc.?
- In Device Manager Are there any warning symbols or error codes?
- Did you perform a clean driver installation using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) when updating to version 32.0.101.8801?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
