Hello KIC,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.
- When did you start having this issue? Is it with the latest driver only or even with the older drivers?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried before contacting us?
- For me to review the hardware and the driver installed, please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below for the steps:

Thank you for your reply.
1. I purchased the game two days ago, so I'm unaware of any compatibility issues between the previous and current drivers.
2. I tried troubleshooting by reducing all game settings to low to minimize load and reinstalling the drivers, but there was no change.
3. I created a system SSU log.
Please see the attached file for reference.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello KIC,
Thank you for the quick update.
Regarding your inquiry about settings and optimizing your device, kindly try the following steps:
- Update your BIOS to the latest version available. Contact MSI Support for instructions on this procedure.
- Install Intel® Arc™ Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8629. Find recommendations to prevent windows update driver rollbacks
- Set the user scenario in MSI Center M to Balanced Mode and enable Over Boost with the toggle selector (upper right corner) to enable optimized in-game performance. The Over Boost feature requires BIOS 108 or newer and a system restart when toggled. It is also suggested to have the OS in balanced mode while gaming.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.

Hello KIC,
After careful review, we have confirmed that your system is using integrated graphics only. As a result, the system does not meet the minimum requirements specified by the game developer.
Based on our assessment, the game falls outside the supported system requirements for your current configuration. We recommend reaching out to the game developer directly to inquire whether future support for the reported integrated GPU (iGPU) may be added.
As there are no further troubleshooting steps available on our end, this case will now be closed. If you have other concerns or require additional assistance, please submit a new support request, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Brenz L.
